Under EU legislation every dwelling both new and old being offered for sale or rent requires a valid BER(Building Energy Rating) Certificate.

Gerry is a registered BER Assessor since 2009. He carries Professional Indemnity Insurance as well as Employers/Public Liability Insurance and is a member of the BER Assessors Association of Ireland.
